Frequently asked questions
What are credits?+
Credits map 1:1 to USD of underlying API spend. A typical listing generation costs ~$0.10. A property research run costs ~$0.30. Unused credits do not roll over on monthly plans, but Pro Annual rolls over up to 3 months.
What if I run out of credits?+
You can top up in $10 increments. Top-up credits never expire as long as your subscription is active.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One-click cancel from the dashboard. Your data is paused (not deleted) so you can come back later without losing memory or skills.
Do I need to bring my own LLM API key?+
No — pricing includes Claude Sonnet usage up to your credit limit. Advanced users can bring their own keys in settings to reduce credit consumption.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. 14 days, no credit card required, with $30 in credits to spend. Cancel before day 15 and you’re never charged.
