This skeleton is for placeholder purposes. The final policy will be reviewed by counsel before public launch. Substantive practices, however, are accurate as written below.
1. What we collect
Account info (email, name, billing). Usage data (prompts you send, files you upload). Inferred memory the assistant builds over time. Standard product analytics via PostHog and Microsoft Clarity.
2. How we use it
To run your assistant. To improve our service. To send transactional emails. We do not train shared models on your conversations. Your memory database stays on your isolated machine.
3. Fair Housing data handling (Realtor)
For users on the Realtor pack, our listing-copy skill includes built-in Fair Housing safeguards. Generated copy is screened for protected-class language before delivery. We retain copies of flagged drafts for 30 days for audit purposes; you may request early deletion at any time.
Lead data you ingest (names, contact info, conversation history) is stored in your isolated container and is not shared across accounts. You are the data controller; we act as processor.
