This is a placeholder skeleton. The final ToS will be reviewed by counsel before public launch. Use of Offeri is currently subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy and to the items below.
1. The service
Offeri provides hosted AI assistants for professional workflows. Each user receives an isolated compute instance and storage volume. Use of LLM-generated content is at your professional discretion — you remain responsible for accuracy and compliance.
2. Realtor-specific terms
The Realtor pack assists with listing copy, lead follow-up, and property research. You confirm that:
- You will review all generated copy for MLS compliance.
- You will not use the assistant to discriminate against protected classes under Fair Housing law.
- Property research output is informational only and not a substitute for licensed inspection, appraisal, or legal advice.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits are consumed by underlying API usage. Unused monthly credits expire at period end. Pro Annual rolls over up to three months of credits. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal, abusive, or harmful use. No reverse engineering of proprietary parts of the service. Vertical packs are open source on GitHub — you are welcome to fork and self-host them outside of Offeri.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
